Lilienthal 32, free-flight model, wingspan 1190mm
Aeronaut # 109100
Our popular Lilienthal 31 has been further refined and now features a solid balsa wing built using the Jedelsky method. The model now requires no tissue covering or finishing with clear dope and can therefore be completed more quickly. To seal the wood surfaces the model needs at least one coat of sanding sealer.
The model flies extremely well, not least thanks to its low total surface area loading of around 12g per dm².
The Lilienthal 32 features an auto-rudder system which is activated when the towline disengages.
All the wooden parts are accurately laser-cut and are assembled with reference to the detailed and very comprehensive building instructions, which include many 3D-drawings.
